Date: Sunday May 30, 2010 (Mark your calendars!)

Time: Box office and Will Call open at 11 am. Doors open at 3:00 pm for everyone. You may browse among the vendors (including delicious food & beverages) and enjoy our pre-Bash jazz with the Saddleback Big Band on the Second Stage. There’s plenty of space for your picnic blankets! If you don’t want to bring one, you can purchase picnic blankets and mini-picnic tables for two at the Bash Store.

The concert begins promptly at 5:00 pm (we will have a lot of musicians who want to play!)

OK to Bring: Low-back chairs, blankets, small coolers and picnic baskets, still cameras, non-alcoholic beverages in sealed containers, and your own food.

Do Not Bring: Large coolers, video cameras, pets, umbrellas, and canopies. Regular and high-back chairs must be placed on the perimeter of the seating area (you may be asked to move if you are blocking someone’s view). Note: No outside alcoholic beverages may be brought into the park. A variety of Wines and beers will be available for sale at very reasonable prices. (Our wine list is coming soon!).

Food: Yes, you may bring your own. Plus, there will also be a variety of food available for purchase from Outback Steakhouse ($6 combo dinners), Kettle Korn, Vemma, and Oh For Sweets Sake (cupcakes, coffee drinks, tea, hot chocolate).


CD Purchases: Help support jazz artists! CDs will be available for purchase (and the artists will be available to autograph them). CD purchases will be cash only (so bring plenty).

No Smoking: The Center is a non-smoking facility.

Attire: Casual (It is Southern California). Remember, it does get cool when the sun goes down (although you will be able to purchase Birthday Bash Sweat Shirts).

Please Note: For safety and security, all patrons are subject to search, and all items may be inspected upon entry into the Village Green/Norman P. Murray Center.
