Date: Sunday May 30, 2010 (Mark your calendars!)

Time: Doors open at 3:00 pm for everyone. You may browse among the vendors (including delicious food & beverages) and enjoy our pre-Bash jazz on the new Second Stage. There’s plenty of space for your picnic blankets! If you don’t want to bring one, you can purchase picnic blankets and mini-picnic tables for two at the upgraded Bash Store.

The concert begins promptly at 5:00 pm (we will have a lot of musicians who want to play!)

OK to Bring: Low-back chairs, blankets, small coolers and picnic baskets, still cameras, food, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Do Not Bring: Large coolers, video cameras, pets, and canopies. Regular and high-back chairs must be placed on the perimeter of the seating area (you may be asked to move if you are blocking someone’s view). Note: State regulations prohibit bringing in your own alcoholic beverages. Wine and beer will be available for sale!

CD Purchases: Help support jazz artists! CDs will be available for purchase (and the artists will be available to autograph them). CD purchases will be cash only (so bring plenty).

No Smoking: The Center is a non-smoking facility.

Attire: Casual (It is Southern California). Remember, it does get cool when the sun goes down (although you will be able to purchase Birthday Bash Sweat Shirts).

Please Read: For safety and security, all patrons are subject to search, and all items may be inspected upon entry into the Village Green/Norman P. Murray Center.
